HIGH QUALITY LINERS FOR HOT STRIP MILLS
ROMANI SRL has developed an advanced technology that resulted in reliable, simple liners and wear parts, meeting highest industry standards.
The surface heat-treated liners provide excellent wear properties, load absorption, dimensional stability, combined with perfectly flat surfaces.
Two main types available:
AR/38, Standard: TOP 60±2 HRC, depth 3-5 mm; BOTTOM ∼200 HB
IX/43, Anticorrosion: TOP 56±2 HRC, depth 3-5 mm; BOTTOM ∼230 HB
Other materials like bronze, copper and other special alloys are available according to the application.
